"Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs."
Psalm 100:2
Sunday Morning Worship
Service Times
Our
Sunday services begin at 9:30 am
God's Garden Sunday School at 9:30 am
Every Sunday morning our parish family gathers for worship to celebrate what God has accomplished for us in Jesus. We value this time of prayer, fellowship and the encouragement it provides us in our day-to-day Christian lives. Worship is truly the heart of our community and gives us our identity as Christians. We thank God, as we encounter Christ and are strengthened by the Spirit. The many efforts of our dedicated priest, musicians, and administrative staff, in concert with volunteers, make our times of worship moments of celebration, healing and peace.
To facilitate our worship of God:
The Altar Guild prepares the vessels, linens, and lectionary used in services, and decorates the Church for special festivals;
Sidespeople greet parishioners when they arrive, welcome newcomers, collect the offering, tidy the pews, and communicate the needs of the community to the wardens;
Lay Readers take turns to 'Proclaim the Word' and Lay Intercessors lead parishioners in the 'Prayers of the People;'
Lay Communion Distributors assist the rector at the table of Holy Communion, and in the distribution of the Bread and Wine;
Our organist, the choir and Cornerstone provide music for regular services and special occasions; and Children's talks, dramatic presentations of the gospels and special pageants are held throughout the year.
