The cemetery is administered by a volunteer cemetery board who operate under the authority of the corporation of the parish of St Thomas Anglican Church Stittsville Ontario, and in accordance with the rules of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario.

Sales of lots is restricted to present and former members of the congregation of St Thomas Church Stittsville, Ontario and their family members.  

The Spire from the original church was erected in the cemetery on June 23, 1996, the 130th Anniversary of the parish in thanksgiving for years of faithful work on the cemetery Committee by Emery Smith.

St Thomas Anglican Cemetery is located at Stanley Corners, south of Stittsville. It is located on the site of the first St Thomas Anglican Church Stittsville built in 1866, which burned after being struck by lightning in June of 1964.
